Ardent Commercial Realty focuses on grocery-anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers as well as re-merchandising power centers, developing and acquiring net leased properties, and providing third-party services. Our assets are concentrated in the Southeast with a special emphasis on centers that are well positioned in the market and generate strong, repeat consumer traffic. Our goal is to provide every tenant with the “right” location – whether it’s a 500 square foot inline space, a high-traffic pad site, or a 100,000 square foot anchor box.
Neal Brock is the Director of Leasing for Ardent Commercial Realty a position he assumed in November 2013. Mr. Brock is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of all leasing activities for the company’s portfolio of retail assets.
Prior to joining Ardent, Mr. Brock was a Regional Leasing Director with Equity One, Inc., where he was responsible for leasing, developing, and marketing 18 assets totaling over 1.75 million square feet of shopping center space throughout the southeast. During his time at Equity One, Inc. Mr. Brock executed 46 new leases which generated over $16 million in net revenue.
Mr. Brock has been working in commercial real estate for over 14 years and his experience includes leasing, asset management, development, and acquisitions. He is a graduate of the Brock School of Business at Samford University, receiving a BS in Business Management and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where he has earned designations as a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) and a Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS).
Lakeisha DePeyster is the Director of Property Management for Ardent Commercial Realty. She joined the firm in May 2015 and is responsible for overseeing the property management department in the commercial division.
Lakeisha has over 14 years of experience in property management and has managed over 64 commercial properties throughout the southeast during her career. In addition to property management, Lakeisha has spent much of her career working on project management, contract negotiations, tenant relations, and budgeting and financial reporting. Prior to Joining Ardent Commercial Realty, she worked for RPAI US Management formerly Inland US Management. She is a U.S. Navy veteran as well as graduate of Columbia College, earning a BS of Business Administration. Lakeisha is also an active member of ICSC and joined the organization in 2010.
